Due to the sensitive nature of the products we offer, we cannot offer returns on any of our products, at this time all sales are final. However, we recognize that some situations may be unique in nature and we are able to grant exchanges if the product arrived damaged and was ordered within the last 30 days. Upon delivery of your order, please inspect the packaging for any damage that may have occurred in transit. Though it is normal for packaging to show some degree of wear and tear, the contents of the package should be free of damage. If the contents of your order arrived damaged, please keep all packaging and it's contents and contact our support department as soon as possible at email@example.com. Any credits issued will include tax and be returned in the original form of payment, shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders received more than 30 days ago and exchanges without the original packaging and the unsealed contents are not exchangeable and are non-refundable.
We are devoted to processing all of our orders in an efficient and timely manner; all orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, thereafter excluding major holidays.
